Project Outcomes

Within the InAdvance project, our partner the University Hospital La Fe created an open space to foster care skills at home. On this website, you can find texts, videos, and other free resources with information and recommendations for adults with care needs. Access the website through the button below

Through the InAdvance project, our partner AGE Platform Europe created a Policy Recommendation. The Policy Recommendation brief can be found as a PDF document on the left side.

Through the InAdvance project, our partner AGE Platform Europe created a Policy Recommendation in the public deliverable D8.1. The Policy Recommendation in full can be found as a PDF document on the left side.

Within the InAdvance project, our partner the University of Leeds developed a taxonomy for health quality of life needs assessment in order to capture the main terms used when assessing health-related quality of life for patients with chronic illnesses (using respiratory illnesses as an example). The taxonomy is available as open data in GitHub through the link below. It includes different versions of the taxonomy which can be downloaded and used via Excel or Protégé.

Our partner NHS Highland was leading the work on clinical guidelines for the implementation of evidence-based palliative care interventions in the public deliverable D8.2. The Clinical Guidelines can be found as a PDF document on the left side.
